About us
We are a local storage facility owned by Gracemere residents, Daryl and Rosalie Johnson. It is a family run business and has been bringing excellent storage and self-storage solutions to customers across the area for over a decade. Our facility is fully fenced. We offer all customers an affordable, clean & convenient service, with accessibility Seven Days a Week from 6am-7pm.
Rollerdoor Clearance 2.2m high, Internal ceiling height at front of shed 2.7m high and at rear of shed over 3m high.
All prices Quoted are monthly rates. Our Rental Policy is Minimum Rental Period of 1 Month (non refundable).

Important Information:
We do not insure your stored goods. Any insurance must be arranged by you with your insurance provider for any cover to be in place whilst the goods are stored at our facility.
Please Note: Due to insurance conditions Motor Vehicles are not allowed to be stored in our Fully Enclosed Storage Sheds, this also includes anything containing fuels (Motorbikes/Quadbikes, Push mowers/Ride on mowers, Jetskis/ Boats) oils or other hazardous goods eg. explosives, chemicals. We do not store these as they are a Fire Risk.
Very Limited Undercover Car Storage available but frequently booked out.
